Investment Fundamentals
- Global Platform: MetLife Investment Management is uniquely positioned to leverage MetLife’s expertise in asset-liability management across our global business.
- Research-based Approach: We take a rigorous, research-based approach to identifying investment opportunities for our institutional investor clients, with a proven track record of delivering sustainable risk-adjusted returns across short-, medium- and long-term investment horizons and multiple asset classes.
- Risk Management Focus: In parallel with our investment capabilities, MetLife Investment Management has embedded a risk management culture across our organization. We incorporate proprietary risk management models, systems and processes into our investment framework. We also benchmark the value of each asset and the relative value of asset classes to determine the most attractive returns against each client’s unique risk profile.
