How can I get a copy of my 1099 form?

You can now view and print tax statements by logging in to your online account and selecting the option to view documents. You can also send a request to requests@metlife.com to request a copy of the 1099 form.

How do I process a Fund Transfer?

For contracts that are available online, you can complete by logging into your online account and selecting "Transfer Funds" from the drop down menu.

I mail my contract payments to the MetLife company providing my coverage, and I'm concerned about the time it can sometimes take for MetLife to receive them. Is there any other way I can make my payments?

Check with your financial institution to find out whether it can arrange an electronic payment, so that it can send the payment automatically to your MetLife company.
